ARRIVAL
Plan to arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment. Intake ,Consent form will be sent via email to pre fill . Completing of those forms will save the time.
AMENITIES
We have a kid’s play area where children can play with sensory toys, board games, etc, complimentary Wi-Fi, and water is available. You may bring your own snacks for the kids as they can get hungry especially after the session. Some snacks and beverages available for purchase.
Age
Massage is suitable for all ages from 2 months to any age.
Special Need
Kindly inform us of any special or medical needs . if have any allergy or sensitivity that require additional attention please inform us. All the products we use are organic and suitable for any skin sensitivities or allergies, you may bring your own oil/lotion.
SAFETY & Security
INSURANCE
We do not offer direct billing. Please check with your Insurance Provider prior to your bookings for any coverage . Please be advised that cannot assume any responsibility if your services are not covered.
PERSONAL COMFORT
You will be provided with a bathrobe, towels and slippers to wear. Children under 5 years are provided with floats, older kids may not need a float. For your child to derive maximum benefit, please ensure they are well rested and fed at least 30 minutes prior to their session.

Hydrotherapy
Babies 4-6 months of age can enjoy hydrotherapy in our cute little glass tubs alone or in our large hydrotherapy tub where a parent/guardian can also accompany them. Our large tub is suitable for guests of all ages.
AGE Limit
Kids of ages 3 months and older, adults are welcome to use our services.
MEDICAL NEEDS
Kindly inform us of any special or medical needs or of any allergy or sensitivity that require additional attention. The oils we use are organic and you can inquire about the ingredients. For any skin sensitivities or allergies, you may bring your own oil/lotion.
PLEASE ENSURE CHILDREN ARE BEING SUPERVISED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES.

Parent/guardian must be present with the kids at all times during their visit.
Guests are solely responsible for the safety & security of their personal belongings incurred during your visit as we will not be responsible for any damages.
